Speaking
Talks born from a real story, not a theory
Before I ever spoke about mindset, discipline, and financial freedom from a stage, I lived them firsthand: as an entrepreneur, as the author of El Activo Interior, and as a quadracross racer who had to reinvent himself more than once. I bring those same conversations to companies, teams, and communities that want to stop operating in reaction mode and start building with intention.
Let's talk about your eventTopics
Talks built on three pillars
Every talk grows out of the same three pillars that hold up my message, adapted to the time, the audience, and the goal of your event.
From operator to architect
Mindset and personal change: how to stop living in reaction to whatever is urgent and start designing your life and business with intention.
The inner asset
Finance and an investor's mindset: what an asset really is, how to think about money with judgment, and how to build systems instead of just effort.
Small decisions, big results
Habits, discipline, and systems: how decisions repeated every day, not the big moments, are what build results that last.
Who I speak to
Audiences I work with
I adapt the message to each organization's context, but the core stays the same: mindset, discipline, and freedom, told from real experience.
Companies and teams
Sales conventions, year-end closings, and leadership days where a team needs to align on mindset and discipline.
Communities and organizations
Groups, churches, chambers, and associations looking for an honest conversation about purpose, character, and reinvention.
Entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurship events where the audience is building their own business and needs to move from operating to designing.
Educational institutions
Universities and training centers that want to bring their students a real story of discipline, reinvention, and financial judgment.
Formats
Talk formats
The format adapts to your event; here's what I usually offer.
Keynote
A main talk for the full event, designed to inspire and leave concrete ideas to act on.
Workshop
A more interactive space, with practical exercises so each participant starts applying what they learn on the spot.
Team talk
A closer, tailored conversation, designed for a specific team or group within your organization.
Why
Why invite Juan Diego
I don't speak from theory. I run CuadraXtreme, a Costa Rican company with more than 20 years in the market, I'm the author of El Activo Interior: Disciplina, Fe, Liderazgo y Legado, and I've spent more than a decade racing quadracross, including a retirement I had to come back from and start over. Every talk I give comes from that: from building, from falling, and from getting back up, not from a formula I read in someone else's book.
Should we talk about your event?
Write to me and tell me what your event is about, who your audience is, and what you want them to walk away with. From there we'll figure out together which talk and which format make the most sense.
