Mentoring
Guidance to stop reacting and start building
I work closely, one-on-one and also in group format, with people who are tired of putting out fires and want to put their mindset, finances, and habits in order to build something that lasts. I don't sell a magic formula: I share the route I've walked myself, and still walk today.

It's for you if...
This mentoring isn't for everyone. It's for whoever is willing to face their own mindset head on and do the work, not just listen to it.
- You feel like time slips away between what's urgent and you never get to what's important.
- You're an entrepreneur or professional and your business or career depends too much on you being there to solve everything.
- You want to move from reacting to building: a life and business plan with intention, not just inertia.
- You know your relationship with money, your habits, or your inner dialogue need order, and you're ready to work on it seriously.
- You prefer judgment and discipline over quick promises, and you're willing to sustain the process over time.
What we work on
The three pillars of the mentoring
Everything I teach comes from my own path: more than two decades building CuadraXtreme, the setbacks and restarts I've gone through, and what I put into writing in El Activo Interior. The mentoring organizes that learning into three pillars.
Mindset and identity
We examine the beliefs and inner dialogue behind the decisions you make every day. Before changing your business or your finances, you have to change the lens through which you face them.
Finances and assets
We put order into how you think about money: what's really an asset, what takes away your freedom, and what gives it to you. We're not talking investment formulas, we're talking judgment.
Habits and systems
We turn intention into routine. We design simple, sustainable systems, the same ones I use in my business and on the track, so the change doesn't depend only on the day's motivation.
How it works
The process, step by step
Initial conversation
A first conversation to understand where you are today, what brought you here, and whether it makes sense to work together.
Plan and priorities
Together we define which of the three pillars to start with and what's sustainable given your current time and resources.
Guided sessions
We move forward with one-on-one sessions (or group, depending on the format we agree on), with concrete tasks between each session.
Execution and adjustments
The plan adjusts to reality: we review what worked, what didn't, and correct course without losing sight of the destination.
To be honest
What this mentoring isn't
It isn't passing motivation or promises of guaranteed results. There are no shortcuts or secret formulas. It's real work: judgment, discipline, and the willingness to sustain the process even when it's uncomfortable. If you're looking for something fast and effortless, this isn't your mentoring.
Should we talk about your process?
Write to me and tell me where you are today and where you want to go. From there, we'll see together whether it makes sense to work through the mentoring, one-on-one or in group format.
